Past the Trauma

Confront your past trauma, whether it’s a person, an experience, a mental mind game. Confront it because it’s the start of your healing. You may cry, scream, breakdown but you must do it. A close relative used to harangue me in my youth and it caused physiological tremors and clenching of teeth, even in my adult years to the point of not being able to communicate in groups over two people and up. I fought through the trauma, through the pain. I confronted that person and continue to do so by voicing my emotions and opinions and although I the clenching of teeth has diminished its still there, however, I’m moving past the trauma past the pain. It’s important for me to complete my healing to wholeness.
